Getting started with business structure
Hello everybody,
We are looking forward to leasing out some airplanes. It seems wise to have each airplane in a separate holding company, probably a Wyoming LLC. Is that the kind of thing you all are doing? Any do's or don't's from folks further ahead on the path?
