The Price of Liberty
Sharing some thoughts I shared on LinkedIn today on liberty and the price of freedom. I mentioned earlier this week that I am merging my branding, bringing together my LinkedIn focus (Profile2Pipeline), stoic thought leadership (The Inner Strategy podcast), and my virtual assistant, consulting, and team building work. In that light, this video seemed appropriate to share. It aligns with what we all need to focus on as leaders, founders, entrepreneurs. The first person we have to learn to lead is ourselves. The first revolution is internal. Leadership is not always easy, so learning to master our impulses and stop surrendering our attention to things that HAVE NO REAL VALUE is of great importance. If you can't rule yourself, you can never truly lead anyone else.

Just Follow-up
Most founders stop too early. It takes an average of 5–7 touches before a call is booked. Follow-up isn’t spam. It’s service. So follow-up.

Conversations convert — not pitches
If your DM feels like a brochure, you’ve already lost. People can smell automation and desperation from a mile away. The Conversation Engine flips that. It’s one screen, one question, one useful idea. That’s it. Ask a relevant question, then stop talking. Because silence creates space for interest, and that’s where trust begins. Want my 3 best DM openers that start real conversations (and book real calls)?

No man ever steps in the same river twice
"No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it is not the same river and he is not the same man." – Heraclitus As leaders, we often crave stability. But in Stoic leadership, stability doesn’t mean standing still, it means moving with awareness. Resisting change doesn’t stop it. It only creates more friction. True power lies in intention. Choosing how we move through the current. Choosing who we become in motion. Today’s reminder: Stop bracing. Start flowing. Let awareness lead. Flow with purpose.
