Hello, I need help with a membership I paid for. On April 24, 2026, I paid USD 333 for the Profe Raff English Academy membership. However, I’m currently unable to continue progressing through the course or access the content I paid for.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue with the course and access the corresponding content. If necessary, I can provide the payment receipt and screenshots showing the access problem.
