Scout Bot Update — Smarter Fallback System
We've made some under-the-hood upgrades to Scout, our support bot at support.productivebot.ai.
We noticed that in rare cases, conversations could run into an error instead of getting a helpful response. That's been fixed. Scout now has a smarter fallback system so it stays responsive even if something hiccups on the backend.
