1x1=3 The Power of Teamwork
I know what you’re thinking, the math is wrong, and you would be correct if we simply look at it as a number problem and nothing else. I would like for you to think about this equation a little differently. Think of it as two individual humans and what they can accomplish together. Whenever we work together and have someone else to lean on or get support from, we try harder ourselves. This can be seen in real life as draft horses show a great example of this. One single draft horse can pull anywhere from 4-8 thousand pounds alone, but when hooked up with another draft horse that they have became familiar with, they can pull up to 32,000 pounds, with the record being 52,000 pounds. That is the power of having someone by your side, working along side you, and showing you that if I put in the effort, you can too, and you will exert more energy into the thing you are doing together. So let’s come together to help each other accomplish our goals!
