Getting SEO right is a key part of the digital product launch process, not something you bolt on later. I founded, built, and sold a digital agency that originally started as an SEO services business. Because of that, I’ve had a front row seat to how search actually works behind the scenes. Because of AI, SEO has quietly changed more in the last 2-3 years than it did in the decade before. Creators who treat SEO as something to “do after launch” are already behind.
