I'll get excited, sign up to a new fancy gym, go for three days, and suddenly two weeks or a month goes by and I haven't been back. Then the dreaded cycle starts again.
I don't know about you, but I'm tired of being unfit and unhealthy. I've decided to finally get my sh*t together, lose the fat and get jacked. That's why I started this community.
