Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of referees at different stages of their journey. Some were stepping into the ring for the first time. Some had years of experience and were looking to sharpen their skills. One thing I've learned is that refereeing is a lot deeper than most people realize. The best referees aren't just counting to three. They're building trust. They're managing situations. They're helping create a better experience for everyone involved. That's why I put together the Premium Referee Course. This isn't about shortcuts. It's about developing the habits, mindset, professionalism, and skills that help referees continue growing throughout their careers.
