Each of the six descriptions identifies a tendency.
But here's what makes this interesting: the same tendency can appear at different points in someone's pattern. Perhaps, in you, Ideating is where everything starts — the first move, the natural opening. In someone else, Ideating may be where their dominant tendency focuses — identifying possible ways forward after gaining understanding of the impact of new knowledge.
Same tendency. But part of a completely different pattern.
