Welcome to the Januaryโก๏ธMarch Press to Handstand Speed-run!
This is a 60 days challenge where the goal is to achieve a slow and controlled press to handstand from the standing on the floor!

Already have a 5-10s handstand even if not very consistent

Be willing to commit 5-10mins for 3-5 days a week for the next 60 days

- 20-person limit (private skool group)
- We all work on the same 1-drill at the same time in 5-day cycles
- Submit your videos for a video review/analysis and feedback from me
- Weekly live Q&A + Recording

- I cannot promise that you will all get a perfect press in the 60 days
- BUT I can promise that you will be on track to reach this goal with complete clarity on where you are and what to do next
