Solopreneur: Getting Ready for a Future Sale (Someday)
Greetings fellow business owners. I own two businesses that serve colleges and universities. The first is a collaborative community (Institute for Effectiveness in Higher Education) and an advisory firm that uses my IP (KPPowers.com). Interested in learning more from this community. While I'm not looking to sell in the near future, it is good to be ready. I also could see selling portions of my businesses and/or IP and would like to learn more about that.

Sell your business this year without killing your deal👍
I'm putting together a training for business owners who want to build something they can actually sell one day. For real money. Not scrambling six months before an exit trying to get everything in order… Not watching a deal fall apart because a buyer's lawyer found something that wasn't ready. It’ll be based on my 20 years in M&A and private equity… Watching which businesses get serious attention from buyers… …and which ones quietly get passed on. Free of charge. Would you be interested in joining us?

Recycling Business
Looking to make my curbside recycling business more attractive. I had a company evaluate it this year and they decided to pass on it. Now I'm thinking about what the next steps are to sell it.
