UNIVERSAL HIGH-SUCCESS INITIATION PROTOCOL (2025) Goal: 95%+ clean, growing cultures on first attempt Time required: 8–12 minutes per batch Works in still-air box or flow hood Materials Needed • Fresh, healthy mother plant (actively growing, no pests) • 70% ethanol (or 96% diluted) • 10–20% bleach solution (5.25–6% sodium hypochlorite commercial bleach) + 1–2 drops Tween 20 or dish soap per 100 ml • Sterile distilled water (autoclaved or boiled & cooled)
