What is one thing you need to make more accessible in your own life so you can become the leader you were created to be?
Today I’d like to challenge the way we think about accessibility. Most people believe accessibility begins with buildings. I believe it begins much earlier. Accessibility begins with the way we design our own life. Think about that for a moment. If our lives are overcrowded with fear… There is no room for courage. If our minds are overcrowded with doubt… There is no room for possibility. If our schedules are overcrowded with distractions… There is no room for growth. The way we design our life determines what has access to us. Leadership is not simply influencing other people. Leadership is creating a life that reflects your values so consistently that others are inspired to do the same. 🎯 Build With Intention Today, identify one area of your life that needs more “access.” 📌Perhaps you need more time to learn. 📌More room to think. 📌More courage to begin. 📌More discipline to finish. 💥Choose one. Then make one intentional change today. ❤️ Create. Design. Build with intention. Live with purpose.

New video
I just released tis video this morning. I thought it was good when I recorded it but now I don't think so. Good thing tomorrow is another day. 👍Don't be afraid to be truthful. Don't sugar coat it . https://youtu.be/mIx5s7cIbSQ
It's Time To Hit The Ground Running
I know it. You know it. It's time to hit the ground running. Not tomorrow. Not "when things settle down." Not after one more Netflix episode telling yourself you'll start Monday. Right now. Joe, I get it. You've spent years — maybe decades — grinding for someone else's paycheck. Fifty, sixty, eighty-hour weeks. Coming home too tired to think about your own future, let alone build one. I lived that. Thirty-six years as a volunteer firefighter, on top of working in the trades. I know what it's like to have nothing left in the tank at the end of the day. But here's what I also know: nobody's future got built waiting for the perfect moment. Mine didn't. I got laid off with no warning and no plan B. I made mistakes. I got conned — more than once. And none of that stopped me, because I finally understood something simple: waiting doesn't protect you. Starting does. So today, whatever's holding you back — the fear you're too old, too behind, too much of a tradesman and not enough of a "computer guy" — let it go. That fear lies to you. I'm proof of that. You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a perfect plan. You just need to take the first step, and then the next one, and keep showing up. It's time to hit the ground running. Not because it's easy — because you're ready, and because tomorrow isn't guaranteed to wait for you. Let's go. Hear me now, Believe me later.
🌙 I Hope You Give Yourself Credit Tonight
Before today ends... I want you to think about something. How many people would have given up by now? Building a business isn't easy. Learning new skills isn't easy. Showing up consistently isn't easy. Yet here you are. Still learning. Still trying. Still believing. That deserves more credit than we often give ourselves. No matter what today looked like... You showed up. And tomorrow... You get another opportunity to keep building. 💛 Before you log off... Tell me ONE thing you're proud of yourself for today. Big or small. Let's celebrate it together.

☕ The Best Decision I Almost Never Made
Have you ever looked back and thought... "Wow... if I hadn't made that one decision, my life would probably look very different today." I was thinking about that this morning. Starting my online business felt scary. I didn't know everything. I wasn't confident. I questioned myself more times than I can count. But imagine if I had listened to every doubt. I would never have met the incredible people in this community. I would never have learned the skills I'm learning now. I would still be wondering... "What if?" Sometimes the best decisions don't feel exciting at first. They feel uncomfortable. 💛 Looking back... What's ONE decision you're grateful you made, even though it scared you at the time? 👇 I'd love to read your story.
