Ive really enjoyed my time in Freedom so far, already making good improvements in my training and understanding of powerlifting. Freedom has provided a unique mix of quality coaching and education that I havent found elsewhere, Id definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their lifting and understanding of training.

I’ve been using Freedom for my powerlifting training and I’ve been really impressed with it. The programming is excellent, and having Thomas actually available when you need help makes a huge difference.
Honestly, if you’re looking for serious powerlifting coaching online, I’d highly recommend Freedom. Easily the best online powerlifting coaching experience I’ve had.
