Here, we preserve more than food. We preserve knowledge, confidence, and a good sense of humor.
You’ll learn to can safely and boldly — mastering the science, common sense, and methodology behind every perfectly sealed jar.

You’ll find recorded classes, live events, and at least two new lessons each month — all delivered with a dash of sass and a splash of wine. We cuss, we laugh, and we learn together.
