I honestly believe eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods in the world. Packed with high-quality protein, healthy fats, choline, vitamins, minerals — they’re simple, but incredibly powerful.
And I’m especially grateful to have my own chickens, so I know exactly where my eggs come from and what kind of quality I’m getting. That makes breakfast even better.
