Hi hello
My name is Katrina and I just started in the clay world! I got a month’s worth of classes at a local art store for a Christmas present and am going to my third class today. (Really it’s an open studio where you can just ask the instructor anything and work on anything you wish which is really neat.) so I’ve been teaching myself and watching videos in between and trying them out in class days.
I’m hoping to make some friends here who I can share and grow with! I’m a mom of 2, a book worm, and a nerd of many different genres (Harry potter, doctor who, crochet, video games etc) oh and if age matters I just turned 37 last week. Can’t wait to start connecting, feel free to message me if you think we’d click.
Also here is the work I’ve done so far in class… the first is a vase that I will be finding out if it made it through the fire today. Then a bowl (I’m trying to learn the wheel!) and a paper towel holder that I’m in the middle of.
