I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted here, and I want to start by saying thank you for staying. This space was never meant to be loud or rushed—it was meant to be foundational. And I’ve been listening, refining, and building something that actually meets you where you are. Many of you came here through the 21-Day Postpartum Reset, focused on your body, your hormones, and rebuilding strength after giving so much of yourself. What I saw over and over again was this: When a woman rebuilds trust with her body, she begins to rebuild trust with herself. And when she trusts herself again, she can finally walk in what God has been calling her to do. That’s why this community is evolving into the RISE Brand Blueprint Mentorship. This mentorship is about walking in your calling, but not in a hustle-heavy, pressure-filled way. We focus on mindset first—because 80% of the battle is learning how to think, decide, and follow through as the woman God is forming you to be. Yes, we will talk business.Yes, I will teach biblical principles like: - Who God has called you to serve (not “finding a niche”) - Reframing your story for impact - Value-based pricing without guilt - Building a brand with clarity and conviction But it all starts with identity, obedience, and self-trust. That’s also why the first module includes weight loss and fitness. Not because your body defines your calling—but because keeping a promise to yourself in one area trains you to keep it everywhere else. 💌 I was nervous to share this with you…
For the past few weeks, God has been pulling on my heart. Many of you know parts of my story being in foster care, bouncing between shelters, feeling the weight of shame and disqualification from a young age. For years, I believed those experiences meant I wasn’t “enough” to step into the purpose God had placed in me. But here’s the truth I’ve learned: the very things I thought disqualified me are the things God is now using to position me to serve. That’s why I’m pivoting this community. What started as The Postpartum Lab is now becoming a place for Christian women who love God but sometimes feel stuck, unqualified, or afraid to fully step into their calling. 🎥 I explain more in the video I attached here — it’s from my heart. Here we are — the final day of the challenge! Whether you crushed every day or just showed up and tried, you’ve proven to yourself that you’re capable of consistency and commitment. That’s a BIG win. Here’s your final day’s plan: 🍳 Breakfast – Egg Scramble with Spinach & Turkey Bacon 🥗 Lunch – Turkey Burger with Green Beans 🥤 Snack – Cottage Cheese + Banana 🍣 Dinner – Baked Salmon/Chicken with Roasted Veggies 💧 Hydration Goal: at least ½ gallon of water 🚶🏽‍♀️ Movement Goal: 45–60 min walk 🌸 Reflection Prompt: What’s the #1 thing you learned about yourself during this reset?

We’re almost at the finish line! 🙌 By now you should be noticing little shifts… maybe your clothes fit differently, your energy feels steadier, or your cravings are less intense. Keep stacking these wins one day at a time. Here’s today’s plan: 🍓 Breakfast – Greek Yogurt & Berry Parfait 🥗 Lunch – Chicken Lettuce Wraps 🥤 Snack – Protein Shake + Almonds 🍳 Dinner – Turkey & Sweet Potato Skillet 💧 Hydration Goal: at least ½ gallon of water 🚶🏽‍♀️ Movement Goal: 45–60 min walk 🌸 Reflection Prompt: If you could take ONE healthy habit from this challenge and keep it going forever, which one would it be?
