Getting yourself out of a funk!
Honestly with the complexity of life we all experience many ups and downs and sometimes it's easy to fall into a rutt.
Our thoughts become actions.
This is why when I'm having negative thoughts myself, I challenge myself to change my thoughts.. If I can refraim even just one negative thought it can have a super beneficial spiral.. So instead of negative spiraling, I can trick my brain into being more positive.. Then we have a flow in effect of more and more positive thoughts.. Which usually leads us to taking lots of positive and or helpful actions.
