Positive Life Foundations
If you've had some success but still feel off, overwhelmed, low on energy, pulled in a dozen directions with nothing actually lined up, you are not alone. And if nothing changes, that feeling does not go away on its own. You'll keep waking up reacting to the day instead of leading it. That is exactly why I built Positive Life Foundations, a coaching program that helps you build real foundations across Faith, Family, Finances, and Fitness, so you're living life on purpose instead of by accident. This is for You if you've tasted some success but still don't feel truly balanced, and you're ready to actually do something about it. If that's you, I'd love to talk. Book a call here: [DISCOVERY CALL BOOKING LINK]. No pressure, just an honest conversation about where you are and what's possible. I built this because it has genuinely helped me build the life I want to live, and I believe it will be of value to you too. Invest in yourself, on something that will benefit you.

Where are you right now?
Let's just start by keeping it Real. Before we get into anything else — where are you actually at right now? Not the highlight reel version. The real one. Maybe you've had some wins already, but something still feels off. Maybe it's energy. Maybe it's money. Maybe it's just not having enough time to actually be present with the people you love. Drop one sentence below — whatever's true for you right now. No need to explain it perfectly. I read every comment, and I promise you're not the only one feeling it ☺️
What is Serving you? And what is Not Serving you? (Excercise)
The "Is This Serving Me?" list — 10 minutes, real clarity. Grab a piece of paper or your Notes app and draw a line down the middle. 1. Left side: "Serving Me." Right side: "Not Serving Me." 2. List out what's actually taking up your time and energy right now — habits, people, commitments, even how you're spending your evenings. Be honest, not nice. 3. Sort each one into a column. 4. Look at the "Not Serving Me" side. Pick ONE thing and stop doing it for the next 24 hours. Just one. Just for a day. 5. Notice how that one change feels tomorrow. That's the whole exercise. Small, but it's real. What did you put on your "Not Serving Me" list — and what are you cutting out first? ☺️

Knowing and doing are two different things
You already know what you "should" be doing. You've read the books, researched, maybe even started it before ( New Career, Workout routine, Budget spreadsheet, Morning Affirmations ready). But somewhere between knowing it and actually doing it, you get stuck — not enough time, not enough energy, not sure which piece to move first. If that's where you're at, you're not lazy and you're not behind. You're just missing a plan, not motivation. Wanted to say that out loud today in case someone in here needed to hear it ☺️👍
The Member Experience
Your members don't just need more content. They need to know where to start, what to do, and why they should keep coming back. That's one of the areas I help Skool community builders improve. If you'd like a second pair of eyes on your member experience, DM me “MEMBER.”
