The Deal Review room is where you can submit a deal you want us to break down on the weekly live. Post deals here only if you genuinely want feedback and are open to hearing why a deal does or does not work. This is not a place to spam listings or dump half-baked deals. For now, posting here is free. If this room becomes spammy, we may add a one-time fee to submit deals for review, so use it responsibly. We review deals posted here on our weekly live on Wednesdays at 6 PM. If your deal isn’t reviewed immediately, that’s normal — we work through them in order and based on what’s most educational for the group. Include enough information for us to actually underwrite the deal. Deals with no numbers, missing context, or no clear ask may be skipped. This room works only if everyone respects it. The better the deals, the better the breakdowns, and the more value everyone gets!
