Carrying the Harvest Forward
Tonight’s episode focused on how to honour the end of a season by carrying its lessons, gratitude, and wisdom into the next. Every experience has value when we choose to grow from it and share what we have learned. Please click the link below to see the replay.

Finding What Still Feels Steady
Some weeks feel foggy on the surface… but if we look a little closer, there’s often something underneath that hasn’t moved. Not everything is uncertain. Not everything is shaky. Sometimes there’s a small steady place quietly holding us up. This week, we’re not searching for big answers. We’re noticing what already feels solid. Reflection question: What feels even slightly solid or steady underneath the fog? It might be a habit, a relationship, a value, a routine, a belief, or a quiet inner knowing. It might feel small. It might feel surprising. It might feel ordinary. Share as much or as little as you’d like. A sentence, a few words, or a story — all are welcome here. And if today is a quiet day, that’s welcome too. Sometimes steadiness shows up before clarity does. I’ll start in the comments.
Finding What Still Feels Steady
When everything feels foggy, let’s find the clear path.
Some weeks we feel focused and steady. Other weeks feel… well… foggy. Not broken. Not failing. Just unclear. So this week, we’re not trying to solve everything. We’re simply noticing where clarity feels a little out of reach. Reflection question: Where in your life do you wish things felt a little clearer? There’s no right answer here. You can share something big, something small, or something you’re still figuring out how to name. You can write a sentence, a paragraph, or just a few words. And if today isn’t a sharing day, that’s okay too. Sometimes clarity starts quietly. I’ll start in the comments.
When everything feels foggy, let’s find the clear path.
