Well life happens sometimes and had a late night. Today I opened with the usual breath and movements.
- Diamond speed 6, 10
- Energy Transfer 6, 8 and 10.
- Dandelion basic to close
I honestly had a hard time getting in flow and had to reset to stay in the rack. I noticed late in the session that I was standing up too fast and started focusing on staying down until the full shot breath was released and standing up on the next in breath.
You're not always going to be perfect. As long as you get something out of each session you're learning. Even when you're missing you're learning. Log the data and move in.
