5 to 10 minutes - stretch, breath, movement
10 minutes - dandelion basic and blind
In this exercise I'm focusing on alignment and timing with the Metronome.
I breath in when moving down into the shot and with center ball, minimum speed shot the ball drawing the cue back on beating out.
Blind I close my eyes just before draw back.
10 minutes - Diamond speed 6 and 10 with energy transfer
