Allow Me To Introduce Myself
Hey y’all — I’m Susan, creator of Studieaux Heaux, and welcome to our little corner of the internet where every BODY belongs in the air.
I’ve been teaching pole for the past couple of years, but I’ve spent over 25 years in the strength and conditioning world, learning from some of the greatest coaches and movement minds out there. That background shapes how I teach — focused on mechanics, muscle activation, and moving with intention — while still keeping it fun, expressive, and undeniably Heaux.
This Skool space is where I’ll share pole instruction, technique breakdowns, freestyle prompts, and behind-the-scenes insights from the studio. My goal is to help you not just do the tricks, but to understand your body, move efficiently, and find your own flavor in the air.
Expect a mix of:
✨ Skill tutorials (from climbs to transitions)
🔥 Creative drills to build fluidity and expression
💬 Real talk about strength, mindset, and confidence
And because I live by this truth:
When you let yourself just be YOU — the world responds.
So grab your pole, your curiosity, and maybe your favorite heels —
we’re about to make magic.
Drop a 👋 below and tell me what pole move you’re currently working on — or what you want to master next.
