What I’ve learnt in Fight Camp… 🥊
There’s about 3 Key Lessons I’ve learnt and lessons I’ve re-learnt over the past 14 weeks of intense training, intense diet and intense focus in preparation for my fight tomorrow night. All of these will help you in your own training to win faster and stay consistent. 1. Growth comes from suffering. You will never get significant growth in a period of happy, comfortable, easy times. Growth comes from putting your head down and swinging, falling down and getting up. The seemingly endless days you don’t want to train but go regardless because you know you must to succeed, to win, to beat your enemy and the weak voice inside your head. The more often you go when you don’t want to, the more you flex that muscle of pushing through when it’s hard, the stronger that muscle will become. 2 . There’s levels to this shit. 📈 There’s rooms you’re not even in right now where the 1% of killers are. Once you surpass 99% of people, the competition at the top is LETHAL. You thought lifting weights was hard???? There are people that exist in your lifetime, that train day and every night every day to be the best and to take over in their sport, whatever it is. Once you actually reach the rooms with real killers, 1% men, you’ll know. There is levels to the game. 3. Consistency breeds Confidence and Confidence breeds Success The more you do something, the better you get at it with deliberate effort to improve. The more confident you get in that area, the more confident you are in that area, the more you’ll put yourself out there and expose yourself to Success Opportunities. Chances to win. Everyone is given an equal amount of chances to win, you’re not lucky or unlucky. You either put yourself in positions to see these chances or you hide away. You get confident from being consistent in your training or work, you then have the confidence to accept challenge, take risk; and if you were consistent enough to breed the amount of confidence required to succeed. You surely will.
