Is PSA still a valid option?

Im currently thinking about getting some cards graded and since PSA is opening an office in Frankfurt I thought about sending them there to grade it as soon as they start.

But there have been numerous scandals with PSA, is it still a good idea to get them graded there? I've also read about CGC, what's your opinion on that? My concern is just that my cards don't get the grade they may deserve.
