How it works
Send a short video in week one and I’ll place you on the right track: basic, intermediate, or advanced. Each track builds the same way, first the core moves, then linking them together, then letting go and freestyling on your own.
You’ll get a new skill every few days, weekly video reviews from me, and a Saturday group call where you can bring whatever you’re stuck on.

Complete every lesson, send a progress video each week, and show up to 75% of the calls we run in your 90 days. If you’re still not freestyling for three minutes by day 90, I’ll coach you 1:1 for an hour, free.
