AI Tool: The Podcast Format Finder
Hi everyone! The first step to creating a podcast people actually want to listen to is having a CLEAR concept and format (mucho importante!) I’ve built a custom GPT that helps you do exactly that. It guides you to define your one-liner and your ZAG statement - so you lock in your direction and keep your format consistent. FIND THE TOOL HERE

Instagram Changes
Anyone else notices that recently Instagram is slightly restricting views on good reels? Based on all the key metrics (skip rate, retention, Shares, comments) our recent reels should be performing really well and they have great numbers on TikTok, Facebook and Shorts, but since 3-4 weeks IG is not pushing our content viral as they used to. Personally, I've also noticed that they play out way more smaller creators than before and our growth really slowed down a lot. Went from getting 5k-6k followers per month on IG to being stuck between 28k and 28.5k for over a week now. Maybe the content just wasn't good enough but I would love to hear your guys' insights.

Half the week is gone. Which means one thing: momentum matters. Books aren’t written in one sitting. Podcasts don’t grow from one episode. Businesses don’t scale from one idea. They grow from consistent action. This Wednesday, don’t focus on doing everything. Focus on doing one thing well: • Write the next page • Record the next episode • Improve one system • Show up for your audience Progress beats perfection. Visibility beats silence. Consistency beats motivation. Finish this week stronger than you started it. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐩.

Should you prepare questions for your podcast?
The biggest mistake new podcasters make is… Showing up with 20 questions printed out. But aren’t questions a good thing? Yes - questions can be great. But only if you’re still present in the conversation. The problem is that many cling so tightly to their questions that none of them feel genuine. They forget to feel the conversation - and instead follow a plan. Questions without presence create content. But unfortunately, it becomes content without connection (and your listeners/viewers can feel that!).
