We're doing something a little different next week.
And honestly? I'm kind of nervous about it.
We're live launching our 5-Day Podcast Sprint. Like, actually live. With you guys. Starting Monday.
Here's why I'm doing this:
The agency side of our business is great. We've launched 13 podcasts now. We've watched clients go from zero presence online to closing enterprise deals.
But our DIY & DWY community? I just want it to be better.
So I asked myself: What's the absolute best result we could get someone in five days if we stripped away all the theory and just did the things that actually matter for revenue?
Not the bells and whistles. Not the perfect branding. Just... get it done.
Day 1: Nail your customer, offer, and make sure this whole thing makes sense
Day 2: Find thousands of leads (affordably)
Day 3: Create the show (it goes live)
Day 4: Set up your automated outreach engine (this is the magic)
Day 5: Distribution sorted
An hour a day. Five business days.
And at the end? You're booking your ideal customers as guests.
Not "building an audience." Not "maybe someday this pays off."
Booking. Ideal. Customers.
(We use this exact system to book CFO at NASDAQ, Bosch, SAP, Oracle... you get it.)
Look, I know live launching makes some people nervous. We do this constantly, so I'm confident. But I'm also doing it WITH you, not just for you.
Quick question: If you could only fix ONE thing about your podcast strategy in the next week, what would it be?
