A real estate agent actually told me today: > “I normally don’t work with investors… I think my clients would prefer to sell to a family who will live in the home instead of someone just trying to make money.” I’ve been doing this a long time… and I’ve literally never had an agent say something like that. Here’s the thing: ✔ Investors are legitimate buyers. ✔ Investors close quickly. ✔ Investors solve problems and improve properties. ✔ Investors help keep the market moving. And most importantly… 👉 The seller decides what offer is best for their situation — not the agent. 👉 An agent’s personal opinion shouldn’t interfere with the seller hearing all qualified offers. I’m not offended — I’m just surprised to see this level of bias toward a buyer category that plays such a massive role in every healthy real estate market. So I’m curious… Has anyone else ever had a real estate agent basically say they don’t work with investors?
