Who wants to partner with me in depoe Bay?
🚨 Creative Finance Opportunity in Depoe Bay! 🚨
I’ve got access to a property right now on creative financing terms:
✅ 10% down
✅ 7% interest (currently negotiating that down)
✅ 5-year balloon
This deal probably won’t cash flow as a standard long-term rental, but it has major upside if approached creatively:
🏡 Rent-by-the-Room – maximize income with co-living.
🩺 Mid-Term Rental – traveling nurses / professionals.
🌊 Short-Term Rental (STR) – Depoe Bay is a hotspot, and with the right permitting process, this could be a strong Airbnb/VRBO play.
