Property Management- Law in Washington County
Looking for Guidance in Oregon Real Estate Law 🌟
Hi friends,I’m currently helping manage a family property here in Oregon (Washington County) and want to make sure everything I’m doing is compliant with state law.
Under ORS 696.030, there are exemptions for family members who act under a power of attorney/fiduciary familial exemption when managing property for relatives. To move forward correctly, I’m looking for a trusted attorney or professional who can help me set this up properly.
