Hi guys, for those of you who took the exam in a test center, do you remember the time count down is from 230 minutes or 250 minutes including the breaks?

Based on AR's videos if the timer shows 230 min and counting down, then at 155 min and at 80 min is the time you want to take that 10 min breaks. The study hall count down timer kind of throw me off... so I just want to make sure what it's really like during the real exam. Thanks so much for sharing.
