Shu-Ha-Ri
Shu-Ha-Ri (A Japanese concept describing the stages of learning towards mastery) is a learning process with three stages:
1. Shu (Follow the Rules): Learn and follow the standard guidelines strictly.
2. Ha (Adapt the Rules): Understand the rules deeply and modify them when needed.
3. Ri (Create Your Own Way): Master the process and develop your own best practices.
