PMP - WBS question
Dear Friends,
Can you please clarify this -
'Create WBS' is in the planning phase of the process group. The WBS should be created by the team and not the project manager as he does not have the relevant expertise (this is mentioned in many explanations for answers on WBS too).
However the team resources are acquired and the team is developed only in the execution phase. How can then the WBS be created in the planning phase?
