Dear Andrew.
One of the Agile principles is to welcome changing requirements, even late in development. However, in practice, accepting changes whenever the Product Owner or the customer requests them can significantly extend the project's duration, increase costs, and jeopardize meeting the originally agreed deadlines—especially when those changes come at a late stage. How can we manage these change requests while maintaining control over time, costs, and initial project commitments?
Thank you for your answer
