List of PMP Mindset
Let’s list PMP Mindset we have learned so far- in hopes that someone can use this before exam to review. Please update if more.
- Never Break the Law
- Never make your problem, someone else’s.
- Be a servant leader
- Never blame on anyone.
- Coach team members and inform sponsors/customers if any gap.
- Face to Face Meeting in Agile preferably.
- Understand concerns before action
- Fire or replacing members is not an option.
- Understand the root cause before action
- Risk (possible events) vs Issue (occurred events)
- Team knows the best- AGILE
- Work missed for deliverable- include it in of implment change requests.
