for all your videos, advices and tips. the only focus I think you missed is the time to be used on each question.... some times is better just to read the answers because just one make sense, that will save you a lot of time, I remember you said that answers like "do nothing", "pass the responsibility" or "punish instead colaborate" are wrong; also answers like "look for the root of the problem" are the right answers.
