The business side of private psychiatric practice, free, for psychiatric NPs, psychiatrists and PAs. I own Horizon Peak Health (diagnostic psychiatry, CA & AZ, three offices), built the software it runs on, and hold a UCLA Anderson MBA. Nobody taught us the business side, and it is learnable in an evening. What is here: eleven lessons, the whole curriculum in the order it builds, each ending on a red number and a Monday rule; seventeen printable worksheets, one under every lesson; two tools that run your own numbers in your browser, the NPI audit and Market Pulse. Every Tuesday a lesson, every Thursday a worksheet, every Sunday one question answered in public. Two rules: no patient detail, ever, and questions about your numbers get the concept here, not a worked answer. Working one practice properly takes an hour, and that hour is the paid room.
