Daily Discipline Dungeon (7-Day Challenge):
• 1 physical task (workout or steps)
• 1 mental task (reading or journaling)
• 1 life task (cleaning or productivity)
• 15+ points = Dungeon Cleared
• 21 points = Flawless Run
Main Quest Week:
• Focus on one major goal for the week
• Post your main quest publicly
• Align daily actions with that goal
No Excuses Arena:
• Eliminate one bad habit
• Daily check-ins
• Public accountability
