My life is packed with responsibilities, from walking my dogs to being a dedicated father and husband. Finding time for my personal goals and serving this community can be challenging. But I've discovered that waking up early and seizing small momentsāreplacing moments of relaxation with necessary tasksāhelps me make progress and stay engaged.
I'm recognizing and acknowledging the issues affecting my life right now, and I'm actively working to replace them with meaningful tasks and a sense of purpose.
Hi everyone! This coming up week 25 May - 30 I'd like to challenge everyone to focus on drinking water. Challenge is try to drink close to 72 to 125 ounces (9 to 15.5 cups) a day. It's easy to forget but essential for your health and I'm sure you'll feel better for it.
