I’m Rob Polkinghorn, a UEFA A Licence coach with the Advanced Youth Award, specialising in individual player development.
I’ve worked within professional academies including Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, and AS Monaco, helping develop young players on the pathway toward professional football.
I’ve spent many years also working in the grassroots game, supporting players in improving their understanding and helping them progress into academy environments.
This community was created to give players access to the same type of positional knowledge, tactical understanding, and development frameworks used in elite academies.
