What I Did With AI In The Last 7 Days πŸ‘€πŸ€―πŸ’°
As an AI Consultant, I get asked pretty frequently how I use AI in my business. I have SO many tools that I know how to use when it comes to AI that I have been seriously thinking about offering a mentorship level for $39/mo., where I share insights on tools and answer questions about the best tools individuals can use based on their goals, what they are trying to create, and their level of AI knowledge. After you read about everything that I did with AI last week, let me know if AI mentorship would be helpful. πŸ€”
Honestly, I don’t think people truly understand the magnitude of what AI can do, especially for a solopreneur, or person working on their passion while they are still working on their job, and there are so many tools that can help us move with speed!
So in the last week, I used AI to create 6 websites/landing pages. In total, it took me about 7 hours. 2 were for my business (www.coachlenora.com and one I can’t share because it’s behind a paywall). One was a demo (https://www.tinyurl.com/yourdentalservice) and 3 were for clients. I’m NOT a coder. I told AI the vision of what I wanted, and it created it.
I used AI to look up flights/trains & hotels for a trip to New York that I’ll be going on next week (to speak to NYU students about AI), and it found/delivered all the research into a document that I could print while I walked my dog.
I created a course outline (in less than 5 mins) & submitted that outline into an AI platform that literally created the 20 slide presentation in 45 seconds with graphics, charts & images so I didn’t have to start from scratch.
I took 3 Zoom call transcripts & had AI transform that information into: A mind map, infographic, 2 person podcast review of my Zooms, flashcards, quiz, data table, slideshow, & a 5-7 minute recap video presentation- all in less than 10 minutes. Those of you in VIP already have access to this because it was in my last VIP Thursday training. πŸ˜‰
I then took the PowerPoint presentations as a PDF & uploaded them into ChatGPT, and asked it to pull out all the highlights of what I covered and create a recap outline that included all prompts, links, and important facts for people who would rather read the info than see something visually or listen to the audio. ChatGPT did that in less than a minute.
I could go on and on, but the last thing I did this week was purchase an AI tool that, as a solopreneur, will give me 6 AI employees- One to run my social media, another to manage my email box, another that can review contracts & give legal assistant advice (but not full-blown attorney advice), one that can handle my phone calls, one that can find & reach out to leads on my behalf to get appointments scheduled, and one that will create SEO-optimized blogs that I can post to help my brand on Google. I’m super excited to implement them since I am a 1-woman show at this point in my business and this will give me 6 new "employees".
Also, nothing that I have used AI for in the last week would have taken a job away from somebody else, because I don’t have anyone else I am paying. These are all things that β€œI” would have had to figure out how to do or skipped doing altogether because I wouldn’t have had the time.
Needless to say, AI has helped me tremendously when it comes to my time and business. πŸ€—
So, what do you think? Would mentorship be helpful for people that want to learn to leverage their use of AI, or is what's offer in this community enough?
