After more than 4,350 rides, I realized something most drivers never think about.
Every passenger gets in the car because they have a problem.
They need:
• to get somewhere safely
• to save time•
to avoid parking
• to avoid driving themselves
• or just to get through their day easier
Once I started seeing rides this way, everything changed.
I stopped thinking of myself as a driver.
I started thinking of myself as someone solving problems.
That shift eventually led me to building Madame Black.
It also led to this idea:
The platform is the soil.
What you grow from it depends on how you see it.
Have you ever had a moment on the platform that changed how you see the work?
