Procrastination - Break it down & make it small
For whatever reason, we have tasks that we just don't want to do. Sometimes it's overwhelming and feels to big.
-Pick ONE task from last week that you identified
-Break it into 5 small steps
-Choose one step to complete this week. Based on when you want to have it done by, give each step a due date and dates to work on it.
