Big News! Welcome to the New Plan & Purpose Community
We've been growing... and it's time for our community to grow too. When I first created this membership, my heart was to help women become more organized, create intentional plans, and stop feeling overwhelmed. And while that mission hasn't changed... The vision has expanded. Because I've realized something... Planning is important. But planning alone doesn't create transformation. Consistency does. Execution does. Coaching does. Community does. That's why I'm so excited to introduce the newly refreshed... Plan & Purpose Community A place where planning and coaching meet… both personally and professionally. This community is designed for women who are ready to: ✔ Plan intentionally ✔ Build consistent habits ✔ Grow their businesses ✔ Receive coaching and accountability ✔ Learn practical business strategies ✔ Finish what they start ✔ Build systems that support the life they truly want Introducing Our Signature Framework Everything inside our community is built around the P.U.R.P.O.S.E. Framework™, helping you: 🩷 Plan with Intention 🩷 Understand Your Season 🩷 Remove the Overwhelm 🩷 Pursue Consistent Action 🩷 Overcome Obstacles 🩷 Strengthen Your Business 🩷 Execute with Confidence Because our goal isn't just to help you make plans. Back to the Basics - It all starts with YOU!
As our theme for July is Back to the Basics, one thing I want you to remember is that "IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU." Life is constantly moving, schedules are packed, the many hats we wear and with all of this we often forget to check in with ourselves. Ask yourself: -How am I really doing today? -What do I need in this moment? We move from one task to the other without taking a moment to breathe, reflect or just simply be. Take a pause... not to plan or produce but to just connect with yourself. Here are some journal prompts as you take a moment to breathe: -How am I feeling? -What's something I've been holding on to that needs to be released? -What is something I can do to show myself care or kindness? Remember, nothing is good unless you are. As you take this moment, plan regular check ins or your calendar so you are not lost in all the tasks and appointments. Just like you check in on others, you have to check in on yourself. You are non-negotiable. You have to set the tone for yourself and for how others treat you and the expectations they have for you.

Great session
Tonight’s session was great! I completed one task from my list, and can’t wait for the next session.
Back to the Basics: Eliminate Excess
We've identified some things to take us back to the basics of planning, organizing, etc. But now I want you to think about what might be standing in your way. Sometimes it's not the lack of ambition or capability that holds us back - it's the clutter that quietly drains our energy. Whether it's mental overload, emotional weight, digital messiness, or outdated responsibilities, these distractions can crowd out the space we need to move forward in. Reflect: -What distractions are constantly stealing your focus? -What habits, responsibilities or commitments no longer align with where you're headed? -What can you release, delegate or restructure to reclaim your time and energy? Let go of what's weighing you down - and get ready to step into the next chapter of your journey with clear vision and renewed power. Happy Planning.

Back to the Basics: Planner Check
You have goals, tasks, appointments and much more that needs to be organized so you aren't overwhelmed and stressed out. Don't you want to be more productive? Your planner should be a place for you to build, organize and step away from tasks without guilt! Ask yourself: -Is your planning helping you stay aligned, focused and motivated? -Is your planner collecting dust? Your planner should work with your lifestyle and not add more pressure to it. Open your planner and update it with upcoming to-do's, deadlines, appointments. While you're planning, keep it cute :) Grab your colored pens and stickers and make it a fun space for an organized life. Happy Planning.
