I been on a bulk for the past like 3-4 months and i honestly made the most insane growth in my glutes but now im looking kind of massive so it’s definitely time to start cutting. Been so locked on cardio this week and been doing amazing with building my endurance. Anyways though, protein styled burgers will give you a 6-pack and v-line I promise you. I was genuinely soooo shredded my last cut because it was all I ate. (first pic is me rn, second pic is me on a cut using this method) Hopefully I’ll look even more toned now tho since I’ve gained way more muscle mass.
