TRT & Sarms/Peptides (yes or no?)

Doctor put me on a TRT protocol 8 weeks ago of Testosterone Enanthate 250ml per week and my lab work after 8 weeks is Total Test at 39.8nmol/L (1,147 ng/dL), Free Test at 1150pmol/L (33,168pg/dL) and SHGB at 24nmol/L (228ug/dL).

I'm about to start a 12 week cutting cycle of MK-677 (10mg), S4 (Andarine) 25mg & Cardarine (10mg).

Do you think I NEED TO REDUCE the amount of enanthate I'm currently taking, down to say 125mg a week, with the Sarms I'm about to add OR leave it at current dose of 250mg a week AND Do I need to do a PCT after the cutting cycle??
