You need:
  • Penne pasta
  • Italian sausage (sliced or chunked)
  • Green bell pepper (sliced)
  • Sturdy Garlic + Herb Sauce (80g protein per jar)
  • Shredded four-cheese blend
  • Olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
How to Build It
  1. Boil the Pasta - Cook penne in salted water until al dente. Drain. Drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss so it doesn’t stick.
  2. Sear the Power - In one pan, cook sausage until browned. Add green bell peppers.Season with Italian seasoning. Cook until peppers are tender and sausage is done.
  3. Heat the Sauce - In a separate pan, gently sauté the Sturdy sauce until hot.
  4. Assemble - Pasta in the bowl. Pour sauce over pasta. Top with sausage and peppers. Finish with shredded four-cheese.
